Want to return something with Returnista? That's how you do it.
Report your return to Returnista within 14 days after your order has been shipped. Then select the items you want to return. Costs for returning are € 3.95.
Pack your items (with original labels and packaging) and stick the return label on the package. Scratch or remove the old label.
Have you registered your package? Then drop it off free of charge within 7 days at a drop-off point near you, or use the pick-up service (this costs €6.25).
When we have received and processed your return, you will receive a refund within 14 days on your original payment method. Did you choose Klarna? Then we will pass on your return confirmation and Klarna will arrange your refund.
